联盟计算机服务有限公司（ACS）现招聘积极，有经验并专注IT领域的业务分析师。ACS公司致力于海量交易处理系统的开发，服务全球客户，天津团队也随ACS公司一起高速发展。业务分析师将成为ACS公司天津团队的核心人员，协助天津团队进行需求分析和技术实施/支持。业务分析师协助技术产品经理（Technical Product Manager）执行/支持交付天津团队的项目。业务分析师的职责包括：
•同客户协同工作，撰写功能需求规格说明书和业务规约。
•积极参与项目计划，资源协调，实现，测试，交付后系统改进和维护升级工作。
•分析现有系统和待建系统的功能需求，识别两者异同，提出解决方案。
•支持QA进行系统测试。
•确保项目遵循IT业内标准。
•成为领域专家，是产品支持和实现的关键。
•进行需求管控，以适应迭代式开发和增量交付；并协助天津团队持续改进软件开发流程。
•向技术产品经理（Technical Product Manager）定期汇报项目进展。
1Highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Business Systems Analyst wanted who will be a key resource and part of our China team charged with assistance in the technical implementation, support and requirements with a highly dynamic group developing medium to large transaction-processing systems for Affiliated Computer Systems, Inc. (ACS) customers worldwide. This key resource will be responsible for assisting the Technical Product Manager for implementation/support of assigned projects to include the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
•Work with business users to document functional requirements and criteria.
•Actively participate in planning, coordination, testing, implementation and post implementation support for enhancements and maintenance upgrades
•Analyze current & target system functional requirements; identify & resolve gaps and propose solutions to address issues.
•Provide support for test execution for production and QA testing.
•Ensure compliance to documented IT standards
•Become subject matter expert on areas that are critical to product support and implementation
•Own and drive the requirements process in an iterative and incremental software development life cycle, and help contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
•Report status and issues to the Technical Product Manager

•有业务分析师资格证书者优先
学历要求
获工商管理，经济，财务，信息技术学士学位或同等学力。
一年以上 业务分析/系统分析经验。
Required Qualifications
•A motivated self-starter who can independently and timely complete multi-tasking and find/complete information with minimal supervision and training.
•Previous experience in a business analyst role in IT or financial auditing.
•Solid understanding of IT systems and processes
•Clear thinker with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills applicable to internal and external customers
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
•Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
•Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
•Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite of tools to document various project artifacts
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in a large systems implementation project is a plus
•Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
•Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, or ISO 8583 financial messaging standards
•Knowledge of image and data capture based payment processing business
•Prior experience in the implementation of electronic payment systems or payment card services
•Certified Business Analyst
