职位描述:
呼叫中心客服专员(泰语+普通话)Call Center Agent

工作职责:

1.接受并处理客户的要求咨询和投诉。

2.提供客户产品和服务信息

3.使用系统识别、研究并解决客户的问题

4.跟踪未能及时解决的问题

5.与相关部门合作了解客户需要

6.实施客户满意度调查

7.核对并完成工作日志和相关报告

8.完成管理人员安排的其他任务


Job Description:

1. Receive and process customer service demand, consultation and complaint.

2. Provide customers with product and service information.

3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the system.

4. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

5. Cooperate with cross functional teams to meet customer demand.

6. Process customer satisfaction survey.

7. Check and complete call logs and reports.

8. Complete the work arranged by management.

2.IT相关专业

3.较强的计算机软硬件应用能力

4.声音悦耳,沟通能力强

5.能讲标准的泰语和普通话

6.优秀的逻辑思考和表达能力

4. Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice.

5. Fluent spoken Thai language and Mandarin。

6. Logical thinking and good presentation.
