工作职责:
1.接受并处理客户的要求咨询和投诉。
2.提供客户产品和服务信息
3.使用系统识别、研究并解决客户的问题
4.跟踪未能及时解决的问题
5.与相关部门合作了解客户需要
6.实施客户满意度调查
7.核对并完成工作日志和相关报告
8.完成管理人员安排的其他任务
Job Description:
1. Receive and process customer service demand, consultation and complaint.
2. Provide customers with product and service information.
3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the system.
4. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
5. Cooperate with cross functional teams to meet customer demand.
6. Process customer satisfaction survey.
7. Check and complete call logs and reports.
8. Complete the work arranged by management.
