<li>PQE (4th QCC) is responsible for the quality assurance activities during the design phase of product and processes changes. 4th QCC is responsible for monitoring the product quality perceived by our customers and to initiate the relevant improvements as well as the proper customer services towards product quality.
Key Tasks
<li>During project phase the PQE (4th QCC) shall specifies the CTQs, carries out Design and Process FMEA, plans and initiates improvements, develops test plans and evaluates results according to target specifications together with the relevant team.
<li>PQE/4th QCC monitors the quality in the field, controls the handling of complaints (incl. detail failure analysis; communicate with customer/sales upon the failure, delivery the proper complaint reports for root course, solution, etc. ) and initiates improvements accordingly.
Qualification
<li>B.Sc. degree in Mechanical engineering, Refrigeration or relevant.
<li>Mechanical engineer background with minimal three years experience either in production, process/product development or quality assurance.
<li>Able to work effectively in a professionally goal oriented team. Used to an open and fruitful communication within his team and the rest of the organisation.
<li>TS16949 implementation knowledge & experiences as well as project leader potential will be preferred.
<li>A six sigma black belt or, if not present, is able to achieve such a degree in a foreseeable time as part of the training at Danfoss Compressors.
<li>Able to speak fluently both Chinese and English language and willing to travel.
