<li>Responsible for routine warehouse especially for the purchase order operation.
Key Tasks
<li>Be responsible for the purchasing orders delivery daily operations.
<li>To input all the data relevant purchase orders into system and file relevant documents.
<li>To make immediate response to purchase department and production department on their requirement.
<li>Communication with purchase department and other departments about delivery and goods issues.
Conducting weekly, monthly and annually stock take.
Perform 5S in the work field, and ensure the designated warehouse area is kept appropriately clean and tidy.
Execute all duties faithfully and responsibly in accordance to written procedures.
<li>To fulfil the extra business assigned by warehouse controller.
Qualifications
<li>Diploma in any discipline preferable with Logistics Management.
<li>LogisticsEngineer, Warehouse Management or others equivalent with relevant experience.
<li>Have a good communication ability with suppliers and internal department.(Purchasing/Logistic/Finance)
<li>Can read and write in English.
<li>Experience on MRP , ERP or WMS system , have experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
<li>Capability of learning and keen on learning.
