职位描述：

General Job Description

在 CNC 非标准设备上换型，试制新产品，和日常维护。对质量负责, 帮助识别分析一些问题，找到根本原因并解决。在一些必要的时候修理机床和刀具，做一些预防停机和预防质量问题的工作。维护设备，保持设备最佳状态，保持设备和负责区域的5S和安全的环境，确保最佳的生产产出和生产力。

<li>标准化操作装夹零件, 消除不必要浪费

<li>善于发现问题并解决问题

<li>持续培训和提高团队成员的能力

<li>协调必要的工作和资源

<li>跟踪关键考核指标和达到部门目标

Qualification

<li>具有3年以上CNC 机加工经验和机加工知识

<li>能够独立完成工作

<li>具有实际的机床维修和解决日常问题的经验

<li>拥有团队精神和愿意学习提高自己的技术能力

<li>能够读懂图纸和理解程序

<li>能够适应倒班
