<li> Develop new product in accordance with performance standards & company guidelin.
<li> Utilize of DFMEA tool to eliminate design risk.
<li> Build up / modify 3D model of mechanical parts.
<li> Arrange building prototype and making test plan, such as performance, reliability application.
<li> Prepare documentation and release product to production.
<li> Cooperate with application department to prepare data for catalogue.
<li> Support optimize cost / performance by optimizing design.
<li> Perform calculations/simulation when needed.
Qualifications
<li> Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
<li> Minimum 3 years related working experience in R&D or Engineering area.
<li> Proficient of computer skill at 3D modeling, Pro-E is preferred.
<li> Strong theoretical background on thermodynamics / mass flow / acoustics
<li> Knowledge of cooling system / compressor.
<li> Good English in oral and writing.
<li> Serious and trustworthy working attitude, self-motivated, team work spirit, open-mind.
<li> Good at work together with international team.
