Build up relations and network to Danish part of organization. <li>Build up application and product know how in the department. <li>Implement adapted processes in China and in relation to HEC in Denmark, including new PDP-processes. <li>Identify product ideas primarily for the Chinese market. <li>Establish product road map including projects for China and low cost segments globally. <li>Managing the product development process in China. <li>People management.
职位要求(Job Requirements)： <li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience in product development as manager or project manager. <li>Master/Bachelor in engineering with significant relevant knowledge. <li>Fluent in English (orally and in writing) combined with strong communications skills. <li>Have a high level of ambition and a strong drive for achieving impact. <li>Possess strong analytical and project management skills. <li>Possess knowledge about relevant technologies, products and applications. <li>Strong in teamwork with cross functional and cross cultural teams.
