职位描述：

Main tasks:
Your primary focus will be to establish a professional Procurement Office in Ningbo/China being responsible for all our procurement related activities in South East Asia. You will be working across country borders, both with procurement and supply chain related tasks in close co-operation with our procurement offices in Denmark.

The primary objectives are:
• Overall responsible for management of the procurement office including strategy, supplier identification / development, negotiations and relationships
• Sourcing responsibility for our product groups, steel, sanitary, electrical, tools and technical articles as well as products for our DIY (Do It Yourself)
• Managing, recruiting and coaching the department　- 4 direct reports
• Ensure sharing of product and market knowledge across the organisation
• In close co-operation with LM head office ensure alignment and development
• Actively pursue new sourcing opportunities related to LM product portfolio
• Identify and implement potential cost savings and optimisation opportunities
• Inspire and coach employees towards understanding cross-cultural thinking and coordination
• Ensure that our company values are implemented in the department

Your background:
• There may be several relevant educational backgrounds, but preferably you have 3-5 years job experience within procurement or supply chain
• You are a skilled negotiator capable of managing various tasks at the same time　
• You have a strong analytical mindset and strive to achieve commercial results
• You enjoy taking responsibility and would like to be part of a cross-cultural business environment
• You take a structured and organised approach to work and respect deadlines and teamwork.
• Finally, you are knowledgeable of the Chinese culture and your proficiency within the English language (written and spoken) is at business level
• Travel activities both in China, Asia as well as Europe must be expected
• You will report to the Head of Procurement & Market in Denmark
